Pinewood Derby Details

The Maintenance Warrior Challenge Pinewood Derby won't be your typical boy scout event. In this competition you're challenged to be creative. The only rules governing the cars is that there are no rules! (Except for the ones listed below)

Rules:

Your car must be 2.75 inches wide including the wheels and axels.
You can't use any materials that could start a fire or involve gunpowder.
Don't use anything absurdly dangerous to spectators.

The goal of our lax ruleset is to allow for more creativity and to make the competition more fun, not to get us kicked out of the venue. All cars are subject to inspection and disqualification before the race begins at the discretion of event staff.
